Top 4 Cup second year running!

The Beckenham Angels 15s Division 1 Girls Team has once again taken the title of Top Four Cup Winners!

Amber Denness has been playing for Beckenham Angels for 4 years, during her time as a very successful u15 Angel she trialed for the State team and was selected to travel to Coffs Harbour, NSW and play in the National Competition.

Jesse Valenti is an international player who joined Beckenham this year and

immediately stood out. She was selected to play in the State Team this year after

only one season in West Australian Football. Beckenham Angels is proud to have not only such talented players but people who uphold the motto 'pride, loyalty, determination'. Best of luck to the Angels and their future!

With many girls continuing on from last year's success and a few new additions, the Angels junior side continues to dominate their league. The girls worked, played and fought hard to stay at the top with the help of Junior coordinator/Coach Jess Lindquist and Manager Gabe Gooding. A strong season with tremendous skill and strategy on display means some players are looking forward to positions in senior teams after starting the transition to State League this year.

Angels dominate World Futsal Stage

Former Angel Andrea Preiato, and current coach, Junior Coordinator and Premier team player, Jess Lindquist took to the World Stage this year.

Along with the players, Premier team coach Greg Farrell traveled to Spain for the Womens World Cup as the National Assistant Coach. Both Jess and Andrea have had a long history with the Angels and continue to achieve today. Jess Lindquist coached the 15 Girls Division 1 Team to Victory this year while also being a vital part of the Premier side. The women traveled to Spain to compete against many other countries including Sweden, the USA, France, Russia and many more. The Angels on the team played hard as always and Australia came out with a silver medal after a very close final. Congratulations to the team and well done to Jess who continues to be a massive part of the Beckenham Angels Club.
